Vic Mignogna "[email protected]" <[email protected]
Hi everyone!
I met Vic at a convention in 2011. I was 21 at the time and SO stoked to meet him!
I remember being in the front row of his panel and was so jazzed that I hugged all my friends. "I love you guys!" I said (with a touch of the fangirl). Vic`s panel was SO good and super informative!
Then I got to meet him in person! Vic was so kind to my friends and I - He even took some pictures with me - including one where he gave me a warm hug!
I was spellbound! I was walking on air for the next week! My friends were so happy for me too!
Then my city had the fortune of being host to Vic again in 2012.
My friends and I went to his panel with me just as excited as before.
Then my friends and I got in line to meet Vic again. I was practising some voice acting (with Ouran Host Club) with a friend over the year and she thought to ask Vic for some advice. However, she vanished when it was our turn. So I thought to ask on her behalf. What I didn`t anticipate was that Vic was going to ask me to deliver a line to see how I performed my Tamaki role! Someone (not sure who) suggested the infamous coffee line...Vic provided the line for reference (and made me melt!) and I somehow managed to deliver it back.
Vic was so patient with me! It was an amazing experience!
I want to disclose something from my life that I feel is relevant:
I was a victim of mental, emotional and physical a____ at the hands of people that I thought I could trust myself with over the course of my life. I have learned to know whether a person has the capacity to do what my a_____s did to me in any way.
Vic Mignogna is NOT one of them.
Never did I feel any maliciousness or intent to harm me. I was never afraid for my or my friends` safety. I was never uncomfortable or upset by the interaction.
My experience was purely positive.
I offer my full support and my experience with him in this difficult time as proof of my belief in Vic.
Thank you for reading.
Yours,
